| M-Tech was founded with the goal to help customers at key alignment processes. M-Tech´s alignment processes are used in a variety of applications in different industries throughout the world: projector makers, optoelectronics, telecom, optical switches and board as well as active and passive optical components such as LEDs and photo-diodes. M-Tech has vast experience in building robust and stable alignment processes by means of know-how in different technologies. |

| Machine Vision |
| We design and build cameras systems which can see what you cannot see: microscopes, CCD cameras, CMOS cameras, lens systems. Once we have set up a machine vision camera system we start building software applications around the hardware in order to determine image quality, resolution, dimensions and geometrical deviations. |

| Automation |
| |
Aside the alignment process we have developed highly sophisticated automation processes in order to achieve optimum process yield and performance. Our process includes a flexible material flow with constant quality control throughout the entire manufacturing process. A well balanced manufacturing process – between on line and off line production – assures a maximum on process flexibility for manufacturing of different products at the same production line |
| UV-Fixation |
| |
Most of optical alignment processes today are using UV-fixation processes. All these processes need in detail know how about how an effective fixation process is applied for a specific fixation problem. Since M-Tech´s founding – back in 1999 – we have improved our UV-fixation process. We came up with solutions for highly precise fixation processes for optically aligned components: HTPS – DLP – LCOS-microdisplays, LEDs, photodiodes, laserdiodes, optical fibres, cameras lenses. In particular M-Tech has solved one of the most critical parts for UV fixation process which is the shrinkage of the adhesive during UV curing. M-Tech has developed a special fixation design for high precision UV-fixation processes. |

| Active Curing |
| |
to achieve the best possible convergence the COnvergence station uses an "Active Curing Cycle" to compensate panel movements during the curing process. The whole curing process is observed by cameras, if a panel drift is detected a compensation movement is made by the Six Axis Unit to hold the LCoS-panel in position. The active curing process is stoped when the panel is fixed in position. |
