  Task:

Our core technology, the micro positioning finds into numerous our products application. Particularly in our "3 panel alignment station" the know-how within the ranges optical image processing and micro positioning, used here by m-Tech, is used. Thus we offer optimal solutions to our customers. The positioning of panels (DLP, LCD, LCoS) runs off individually depending upon customer's request full or semiautomatically. By constant contact with our customers, we are to be reacted in a the position rapidly and uncomplicatedly to the respective requirements and needs.

  M-Tech Solution:

Around the desired accuracy to reach must be compensated waehhend the fixing procedure (UVHARDENING adhesive) of the drift at the panel during the bonding procedure. With the "Active Curing" the position of the panel one observes and one corrects if necessary. This effected via 5 cameras on the projektionsflaeche which only the smallest movement conveys.

       
  Software:

The program developed for the Alignmentprozess is executable under Windows XP and adapted to the needs of the customer e.g. production data management.

Communication with the hardware is made by customer-neutral DLL`s. The cameras are addressed via a LabView DLL by means of Firewire. Communication with press control (SPS) is made by a I/O map and the RS232 interface. The micro positioning robot (SAXU) is addressed via a specific PCI maps.
