Over the past 5 years we have developed a unique six axis motion system particularly for application in optical alignment processes. These systems allow highly accurate motions freely in space. The Operator can easily interface with other software modules such as LabView or C. The system is powered solely by a standard PCI card which is inserted into a standard PC. After running self installation mode the operator can use the motion unit. There is no additional amplifier and controller box needed. A single cable connects the PC with the motion unit. It takes 10 minutes until the operator can use the unit out of the box. |
