Granules particle sizes and size distribution as well as granules strength is needed for basic evaluation of production process.You need a reliable test tool for making assumptions about the current production process. The GT100® is the right tool for granules characterisation during granules production process. The GT100® is also used for R&D purposes. The worker fills the granules feeder with granules and places it on top of the test table. After that he closes the door and starts test procedure. After2 hours all granules have been tested and statistical methods have been applied so that the results are shown immediately. The work principal of GT100® is as such that a scan camera looks for every granule andmakes an image of all the granules. All the images are statistically evaluated in order to characterize diameter and shape. After that every single particle runs through the stress test.The granule is placed under under the tiny press cylinder and is put under stress. A stress curve is generated on every single granule.
